Shipping policy

Rebecca Vallance offers express shipping on all orders. 

• Orders placed before 9am (AEDT) Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 9am (AEDT) will be dispatched the next working day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Our team works hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow for delays of 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched during promotions, warehouse sales, public holidays and over the Christmas period.

We do not recommend shipping to a PO Box as all deliveries shipped by Rebecca Vallance require a signature upon delivery. If your parcel is unable to be delivered to your nominated address, either our delivery partners or our Rebecca Vallance Customer Care team will be in touch.
