EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS 2023 - Shop with confidence with our extended returns period.

• All orders placed online from 16th November 2023 to the 24th December 2023 have an extended return period of 60 days from the date of ordering, subject to our standard returns criteria. All purchases made online on or before 15th November 2023 or on or after 25th December 2023 are subject to our standard return policy of 30 days from the date of ordering.
• All purchases made instore from 16th November 2023 to the 24th December 2023 have an extended return period of 14 days from the date of ordering, subject to our standard returns criteria. All purchases made instore on or before 15th November 2023 or on or after 25th December 2023 are subject to our standard return policy of 7 days.

Please note that returns during our Sales and Holiday period between November to January may experience an extended delay in processing due to increased volumes and Public Holiday closures. If your return has been marked as delivered to our online Returns Centre, our team will process this as soon as possible and do not require any follow ups. We thank you for your patience during this time. 

 

Although we hope you love all your items from Rebecca Vallance, we have a returns exchange policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. We offer free returns within Australia. All costs associated with returning items to Rebecca Vallance outside of Australia are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange or store credit within 7 days with proof of purchase

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

for item(s) purchased online, must be returned within 21 days of your order confirmation date, for store purchases must be within 7 days or purchase

All original tags must remain attached.

Item(s) must be unworn and returned in original condition.

All Swimwear Item(s) must be unworn, and returned in original condition with hygiene stickers still attached.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS are final and cannot be returned for a refund, or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.

  

STORE CREDIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Store credits issued in AUD either via www.rebeccavallance.com or through any Rebecca Vallance boutique in Australia can be redeemed Online at www.rebeccavallance.com or at any Rebecca Vallance boutique in Australia.

Store credits issued in USD, GBP, EUR, or NZD via www.rebeccavallance.com can only be redeemed Online at www.rebeccavallance.com and are unable to be exchanged for any other currency, cash, or any other form of credit.

Store credits with unused balances at time of expiry cannot be extended or exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.

Store credits cannot be used to purchase gift cards or digital vouchers.

 

REPEAT RETURNS

We offer a flexible returns policy to allow you to shop with confidence. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your account or future orders being refused.

 

We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch at showroom@rebeccavallance.com if you have any questions regarding sizing. Any items returned outside the return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. Rebecca Vallance reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.
