CONSUMER NOTICE: Orders placed for delivery into QLD may experience delays due to the current weather conditions. We will provide regular progress updates. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

All prices displayed are dependent on your delivery address. Simply select your country from the list of shipping destinations. Prices are displayed in AUD Dollars (AUD $), NZD Dollars (NZD $), US Dollars (USD $), GBP Pounds (GBP £) and EUR (EUR €). All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia.

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 9am (AEDT) Monday to Friday on the same day. Orders placed after order cut off will be dispatched the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow for delays of 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched during promotions, warehouse sales, and public holidays.

We do not recommend shipping to a PO Box or a Freight Forwarding service as all deliveries shipped by Rebecca Vallance require a signature from the recipient upon delivery. If your parcel is unable to be delivered to your nominated address, either our delivery partners or our Rebecca Vallance Customer Care team will be in touch.

CUSTOM & DUTIES

International orders are shipped from Australia via DHL Express International, using a DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) service. The total you pay when placing your order at checkout includes all tax and duties owed to customs in your country of delivery. Please note that this is dependent on your local customs and importing regulations, which may change without notice. 

In case of return you will receive a refund of all applicable taxes and duties, although, the local customs fee and shipping cost is non-refundable. Please note: The postal fee charged does not include possible taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees on the postal fee, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. 

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
