Shipping and Delivery
All prices displayed are dependent on your delivery address. Simply select your country from the list of shipping destinations. Prices are displayed in AUD Dollars (AUD $), NZD Dollars (NZD $), US Dollars (USD $), GBP Pounds (GBP £) and EUR (EUR €).
All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia.
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 9am (AEDT) Monday to Friday on the same day. Orders placed after order cut off will be dispatched the next working day. Please allow for delays of 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched during promotions, warehouse sales, and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
We do not recommend shipping to a PO Box or a Freight Forwarding service as all deliveries shipped by Rebecca Vallance require a signature from the recipient upon delivery. If your parcel is unable to be delivered to your nominated address, either our delivery partners or our Rebecca Vallance Customer Care team will be in touch.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
International duties and import taxes (import fees) are paid for at the time of checkout. All orders are shipped using our Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service. Import fees and regulations are determined by your local customs authority, which may change without notice, and may include:
- Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from Australia; and
- Duties charged for processing by your country.
To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
Any import fees paid at checkout are non-refundable if the order is returned, rejected by customs, or prohibited by local laws. This also applies to any changes in import regulations, customs clearance issues, or fluctuations in exchange rates are beyond our control.
The final recommended retail price may vary depending on the delivery country.
DELIVERY TO THE UNITED STATES
All orders to the USA are shipped using our Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service, meaning that taxes and duties have been paid for at checkout.
If you are a US customer ordering from Rebecca Vallance, US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before authorising delivery to your address. You will usually have one week to provide this information to our delivery provider DHL before your order is returned back to Rebecca Vallance for a refund.
COMMON SHIPPING QUESTIONS
We are unable to amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. If you have placed an order incorrectly and need to cancel this, please reject your delivery. Once your order has been returned to Rebecca Vallance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Rebecca Vallance cannot be held liable for any incorrect details entered by the customer.

We are unable to amend an address once an order has been placed. If your order has already been dispatched, you may be able to organise a mail redirection through our delivery providers:
- Australia Post; or
- DHL Express International

Occasionally orders may be sent via split shipment, and may arrive in multiple packages. You will receive notifications of shipment from our partner Shippit with additional tracking information.
