CREATIVE GRAPHIC DESIGNER

IN THIS ROLE, THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Collaborate with Art Director to assist with execution of digital campaign roll outs including the printing of collection lookbooks.

• Working with the Art Director to create graphic content and brand consistency across all digital platforms.

• Creative thinking and concept development for new digital marketing.

• Design email marketing (EDMs) layouts under direction from the Head of Digital in Adobe Suite.

• Design website homepage assets under direction from the Head of Digital in Adobe Suite.

• Create all social media touch points under direction from the Art Director (organic) and Head of Digital (paid) in Adobe Suite.

• Create all affiliate re-targeting ads fortnightly under direction from the Head of Digital in Adobe Suite.

• Update automated email marketing imagery seasonally under direction from the Head of Digital.

• Create trend documents for digital language and graphic treatments, past and present with Creative Director and Global Head of Communications.

• Create all retail signage and decals, and arrange all print management under the direction from National Retail Manager

• Work with Production on all ad-hoc requests Including packaging, and all other product collateral.

• Work alongside Art Director to regularly update digital mood-boards.

• Image management for all seasons (collating campaign and look book imagery across each season).

• Preparation, editing and organisation of all e-commerce imagery including retouching, resizing and distribution.

• Resizing assets for each digital platform.

• Using Photoshop / Illustrator for image and product retouching.

• Manage work-flow and execute deadlines with a fast turnaround time.

• Work proactively under own initiative and as part of a wider team.

• Ability to work within and apply strict brand guidelines, but also have the ability to interpret the handwriting and push the boundaries to carry and idea forward.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

• Graphic Design qualifications at a diploma or degree level.

• 2+ year prior experience in a Graphic Design role or Digital Designer role.

• Prior experience using Adobe Suite applications(Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign/AfterEffects).

• Eye for design, typography and the Rebecca Vallance handwriting.

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective time management with the ability to meet a deadline.

• Self-motivated and drive with a can-do attitude.
