Although we hope you love all your items from Rebecca Vallance, we have a returns exchange policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:

- Item(s) must be returned in original, saleable condition, including being unworn, unwashed, unused, and unaltered and with original tags attached.
- Reasons that a return may not be accepted include but are not limited to, makeup or tan stains, or fragrance from perfumes or body lotions. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached, including the return tag and swing tags. Once these tags have been removed, the garment is no longer returnable.
- All Swimwear returned item(s) must also be returned with the hygiene sticker still attached, in addition to the above return guidelines.
- Online return requests (for items purchased via www.rebeccavallance.com) must be initiated and placed in the post or returned to your local Rebecca Vallance boutique in Australia within 14 days of your purchase date;
- Retail returns (for items purchased via any Rebecca Vallance boutique in Australia) must be received back in our boutique within 7 days of your purchase date.
- Item(s) must be returned in original, saleable condition, including being unworn, unwashed, unused, and unaltered and with original tags attached.

For sale items marked with a FINAL SALE* tag:

*Final Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or other than in the event of them being faulty. All Final Sale products are tagged with Final Sale on the product page for easy identification.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS AND FEES
All returns within Australia will be subject to a $12.00 AUD fee, which will be deducted from your final return amount.
How to lodge your return:
- Check that your return meets our returns criteria;
- Lodge your return request through our returns portal;
- Securely repack your items and include the returns paperwork in your parcel;
- Print your provided Australia Post return shipping label and fix securely to the outside of your parcel, before dropping at your nearest Australia Post.

All returns from New Zealand are eligible for a subsidised return label, using the Rebecca Vallance delivery carrier rates. A cost of $20.00 NZD will be deducted from your final return amount.

- Securely repack your items and include the returns paperwork in your parcel;
- Print your provided New Zealand Post return shipping label and fix securely to the outside of your parcel, before dropping at your nearest New Zealand Post.

All returns from the US, UK, and Europe are eligible for a subsidised return label, using the Rebecca Vallance delivery carrier rates. The below costs, based on your returning location, will be deducted from your final return amount.

- Securely repack your items and include the returns paperwork in your parcel;
- Print your provided DHL Express return shipping label and fix securely to the outside of your parcel, before organising a collection through the DHL portal.

RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Store credits issued in AUD either via www.rebeccavallance.com or through any Rebecca Vallance boutique in Australia can be redeemed Online at www.rebeccavallance.com or at any Rebecca Vallance boutique in Australia.
- Store credits issued in USD, GBP, EUR, or NZD via www.rebeccavallance.com can only be redeemed Online at www.rebeccavallance.com and are unable to be exchanged for any other currency, cash, or any other form of credit.
- Store credits with unused balances at time of expiry cannot be extended or exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
- Store credits are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Store credits cannot be used to purchase gift cards or digital vouchers.
We offer a flexible returns policy to allow you to shop with confidence. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your account or future orders being refused.
All purchases made either via www.rebeccavallance.com or through any Rebecca Vallance boutique in Australia are covered by consumer guarantees and rights under Australian and New Zealand Consumer Law.
If you believe your purchase is faulty, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair. All items must be assessed either via our Customer Care team, or a Rebecca Vallance boutique to determine an appropriate remedy.
The Rebecca Vallance Returns Policy has been updated as of 1st March 2025.
- For online orders placed on or after 1 March 2025, the Returns Policy has been updated to 14 days from the date of purchase. Returns will also be subject to a returns fee depending on customer location.
- For online orders placed on or before 28 February 2025, the Returns Policy of 21 days from the date of purchase remains in place. Returns within Australia only are eligible for a free (pre-paid) return label. All costs associated with returning items to Rebecca Vallance outside of Australia are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges are currently not available for any items purchased online. If you want to exchange an item from an online order for another size, you will need to return your order and repurchase your preferred size. Any items returned outside the return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. Rebecca Vallance reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions and will return the item to sender.
